A Few Minutes of Inner Peace

My heart goes out to all who have been affected by the LA Fires. As a board-certified hypnotist, I can’t possibly meet individually with all of you, but I can give you access to some guided visualization that will lessen the toll of stress, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm. This is my way of sending you the emotional support that you can use every day.

Research shows that just a few minutes of guided visualization helps turn off the cortisol and adrenaline from extreme stress, helping to calm the mind and body.
